Review on Black Audio-Technica ATH-M20X Professional Headphones for Studio Monitoring by Mega ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Nice price, good quality.

I live in a panel house, and I am unable to function in an environment with a lot of background noise, therefore I decided to get this item. If you put on music, then unnecessary sounds are muffled; if you don't put it on, then it muffles some sounds; however, voices, even from the street (on the fourth floor), are unable to be drowned out by it. It is only a partial solution to the problem. This is unquestionably an improvement on the previous ears Sennheiser HD 206 for 1.5k that I had, which were incapable of interrupting anything normally even when the music was turned up to 100%. Now, at the very least, I can listen to music normally. - However, many songs that were not recorded "in the highest quality" now have various extraneous noises, and etc., and this is not a problem with this model; rather, this is a property of any studio headphones, as far as I can tell. Although the sound seems to be better, on the other hand, many songs that were not recorded "in the highest quality" now have various extraneous noises.

Pros
  • The sound may be heard really well. I don't work in the music industry, but because I know other people who do, I was able to draw this conclusion even though I don't work in the music industry myself. - Soundproofing and value for the money spent
Cons
  • The sound may be heard really well. does not tremble, amongst other things. - Wires on the headphones itself that are quite flimsy. When you wear glasses, there is a significant amount of pressure placed on your head, which can cause the glasses to be exceedingly uncomfortable.
