Okay guys great job great job. I like the all-metal construction. Minimalist, solid. In general I like it. Excellent work. It will sell like hot cakes on Amazon. However, I have just a few details I want to discuss. First of all, Ron, are you responsible for the wheels? Good Good. I like the way the wheels turn and the locks are a good idea, although it's doubtful how often they'll be used. But but. The locks are in the *raised* position when unlocked, which means that during operation, rotation, the raised lock collides with the plastic frame of the lock itself. (See image.) So I think this is an oversight. Second, I like the Cup Tilt feature. Love it. However, the width of the hole is too small, about 16 inches, for the rim of the mug. This means that the tilting movement of the cup is constrained by the lip, limiting the actual tilt to around 10 degrees. Cheryl, I want you to call the well construction department and ask them to double check the machines. (see picture) What is screw C all about? (see fig.). I do not understand that. I just do not know. Is the tube already attached to the other two screws, firmly in place, and then screw C pushes it up? Any reason? I do not understand. Let's see if you can email me on Monday to explain. But overall, the guys put in a lot of effort. It's good. Just let's solve these problems and we're ready to start production.
