I've been using this product for a week now and I'm not impressed. The arms used to hold the holder are too short to use in my car. Falls off at every little bump. With a little self-repair I was able to solve this small problem. The main problem, however, is that the medal's adhesive pad, which attaches the phone to the mount, is cheaply made. The magnet came off my phone the first time I turned on the heater. If a car is to be ventilated, it must be able to withstand a low level of heat in winter. In general, if you're looking for a car emergency tool, look elsewhere.
