I just got a new camera for myself and wanted a bigger bag than the one that came with the camera, all it had was basically just the camera and lens. I ordered this case and it's big enough for a camera lens and a 50x200 zoom lens (I think). I tried to put a zoom lens camera on top of a camera in a case but the lid wouldn't close. That's not the case's fault as I didn't measure if there would be room for this setup. One downside, the only downside I have with the case is all the zippers if you don't want to use the shoulder strap and one of them looks like it's partially torn apart. It's still good enough for storage (I ordered a larger case off eBay) and use for smaller things, but for a DSLR with a serious lens I'd suggest buying something else.
