Review on Auto Meter 7549 Transmission Temperature by Roy Whetstone

Very easy installation on a 2005 Nissan Frontier. I installed this sensor because it was recommended by other Frontier owners. I also plan on towing with my truck so I want to keep an eye on the transmission temp. You only need to connect a few wires to make this sensor work. Ground, +12V, backlight (+ and -), transmitter. The included instructions tell you exactly what you need to know. Please note that the sensor that comes with this sensor is quite large, so be careful. does not have the same dimming curve as my Factory Dash. No deal breaker.
