The perfect kitchen tool!
I bought this knife about 20 years ago. return. This is a versatile knife for almost any kitchen job that doesn't involve carving. It's heavy enough to let you know you have a quality product to work with, but not so heavy that it's tiring. It fits my hand perfectly. Mine was never sharpened and while my other knives were being sharpened this one was put on the stack and the blade was badly scratched. That's why I bought a second one.
