Review on Dexter Russell Cutlery 31601 We 1 P94802 by Rochelle Jones

I found out about this knife from an article by Mark Bittman in NYT. It was poorly packaged and had a bent tip. I emailed Revain and they refunded my money and told me to keep it. I took it to my shop and regrounded the point. I have many knives and this is now my favorite. Easily sharpened with a standard ceramic sharpener. The blade is thin and easily cuts tomatoes into cruciferous vegetables. The handle is non-porous and easy to clean. It blows barn doors off my fancy and expensive knives that require more maintenance than my teenage daughter.
