These knives look sharp and are literally sharp.
Knives arrived intact and exactly as I wanted. They're beautiful, raise no questions, and look a lot more expensive than they were. During my research I saw many other kits that cost more but none of them looked as good as this one. I think they will last a long time with proper care. Common sense dictates that you should not wash dishes with wooden handles in the dishwasher and soak them in the sink. Tonight we used knives to prepare ribeye steak. They slipped by like clockwork; no chopping, no effort, like my old serrated steak knives.
