Review on 🔪 Dexter-Russell Diamond Sharpener - 12 Inch, Silver/White, DDS-12PCP by Dana Wilson

As a professional chef I have purchased several grinders over the last 30 years and this is one of the best, if not the best, best sharpening steel out there I ever had! Large length, width of steel sharpening. I like the fact that it's oval as opposed to round carbon steel as it seems to have a better edge to sharpen than round carbon steel. Although it costs a little more than regular carbon steel, I think this diamond steel works much better. Great item, great price, fast shipping.
