Review on ๐Ÿ”ช KONOLL 5-Inch Fruit Knife: Precision Stainless Steel Cutting Tool with Ergonomic Wooden Handle - Ideal Kitchen Utility Knife by Malacia Hernandez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Hefty Sharp knives the best in cutlery and knife accessories

The Konoll Santoku knife comes in a beautiful black presentation box and has a reusable sheath to keep the blade safe when not in use. The knife has black dots on the blade, which the seller says is a premium black oxide non-stick coating that's corrosion resistant, antimicrobial... and healthy? I'm not sure, but ok. The Pakka wood handle is a beautiful hardwood that gives this knife its weight and also makes it beautiful. It is easy to hold and convenient to use. One thing to note here is that the blade doesn't appear to be one piece, meaning the blade doesn't fit all the way through the blade into the handle. So it's hard to tell how the blade is actually attached to the handle. The best blades are full of bands, so only time will tell how well this knife will hold up. The blade is nice and sharp and appears to be made out of German stainless steel which I hope will hold its sharpness better than the cheap Chinese steel blades I've been buying lately which start to feel dull after the first few uses. When I first opened the box I wasn't sure I would like the Konoll Santoku knife, but after using it I think it's pretty good, especially for the price. It feels good in the hand, is lightweight and the knife runs smoothly.
