I measured the circumference of the palm according to the instructions and ordered accordingly, but the glove was slightly larger than I would have liked. I soaked the glove and kept it for 5 hours to "roll" the glove onto my hands. It helped a lot. I think the adjustment table needs to be revised for a fix. Also, the right hand tends to be slightly narrower but slightly longer on the fingers. Maybe that's because my hands are asymmetrical, but.
