Review on 🔪 Wusthof Gourmet 5-Inch Santoku Knife with Hollow Edge by Cindy Hardin

I have a combination of a Wüsthof Classic and a gourmet knife. Because of the price I decided on a gourmet knife and I am very happy with it. It's sharp and cuts veggies very thinly, which is what I wanted. It can also be sharpened with the Wüsthof knife sharpener which I use on all my Wüsthof knives. I'm not a gourmet chef but I love cooking healthy home cooked food for my family and friends. This knife might not last as long as classic knives, but for $49 I felt I would get my money's worth before it fell apart (if it ever does). I love this knife!
