Strips of bovine fabric tied together with ribbon, not sheer fabric sewn into a skirt!
I have black and white. There is some swelling, but the skirt is separate strips stuffed onto a band, rather than sheer fabric. You must wear tights or shorts underneath. I'm a size 4/6 and I barely rolled up the skirts. That's small.
