My adult daughter uses this smart watch, so here are her comments: Pros: 1. The watch is very comfortable to wear. The strap is very flexible and has plenty of adjustment holes, allowing the watch to fit a variety of wrist sizes. The watch feels light on the wrist and can be worn for a long time without discomfort.2. The corresponding application, once installed on my iPhone, is easy to use and interacts quickly with the watch.3. Being able to change what's displayed on the watch face is fun. The user can choose one of the manufacturer's templates or upload a photo of himself and choose what display he would like to have for each feature ie date, steps, sleep, heart rate.4. The watch displays blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen levels, but I haven't tested its accuracy. Cons: 1. The written instructions included in the package are pretty much useless. They help to set up the clock, but do not contain any information about navigating the user interface.2. I've had this watch for two weeks now and am tech savvy but can't figure out how the dial wakes up other than by pressing the side button. Squeezing, shaking, and swiping won't wake it up. On the other hand, the watch display sometimes spontaneously wakes up when I move my hand or accidentally touch it. There doesn't seem to be any logical order as to when the watch face wakes up.3. It took a bit of figuring out the watch feature navigation interface, but once you learn it, you can easily activate and navigate the associated features by swiping up, down, left, and right. The photos I uploaded to the watch app show up on the watch face, but at a very low resolution and in pixels. Bottom line, I'm not particularly impressed with this watch. The problem with the spontaneous switching on of the dial screen is particularly annoying.
