Rather just met
It was a little shorter than I expected but it didn't bother my 12 year old at all. However, it did not cover her waist. Rather, they just met, which made it possible to sometimes show mid-drift. However, she likes it and it's not inappropriate or anything.

- Fits great and delivered quickly!
Cons
- Too small. Looks more like size 8. Do I have to send it back.
