Perfect for every cook

We just remodeled our kitchen and were looking for a nice chopping board. After much research, I decided on the special board. Very glad I did. I've been using this board for a few weeks now and it's working great. The deep indentation around the board is perfect for slicing a watermelon or a juicy piece of meat. Although the maple is very hard, it still leaves knife marks. I agree because it's a cutting board. We used the back for cheese and crackers with guests this weekend and it really was a lovely centerpiece. I highly recommend this cutting board.
