Review on 🌶️ MASON Clifton Pepper Grinder - Enhanced Grinding Performance by Will Ridpath

I should have read the manufacturer's warning. Having used regular rock salt, I thought it would be interesting to infuse the ground salt with pink Himalayan salt. I had no problem grinding Himalayan salt (the manufacturer warns that Himalayan salt is harder than regular salt), but when I had to refill the salt shaker I figured I'd set it to a coarser grind. The adjusting wing nut got stuck, so in typical Neanderthal fashion I figured "strength" might fix the problem and broke the center rod in half. Too bad the salt mill didn't even work for a year! So I'm repurchasing the set as I suspect it won't stick with regular rock salt (we'll see). Otherwise I am very satisfied with this set.
