Perfect! in Engine Cooling & Climate Control

Okay, it has a couple of o-rings inside - you'll have to grab the white part to see them in place. path" because unfortunately I didn't have any tools at the time. So, here's what I did without tools. As I climbed into the cab and had access to the heater core (dashboard removed), I was pushed by another man two pipes from the outside towards me into the cabin Once I got my hands on the old quick couplers (with that little styrofoam cap/gasket uncut) I had to break the old quick couplers with pliers as the plastic was worn out easy to do but when You get a tool it would be nice, the only "perk" of removing it from the cockpit is that as I mentioned I had the old connections on hand to see what I was doing If you do this outside of doing the cockpit, you're going to have a hard time because there's not a lot of leeway with the tool, not to mention you don't really see much of what you're accomplishing with the tool, so you might as well do it play a little; Not bad if you don't have practice or experience in this particular job, but this is my first time doing it. Don't get me wrong folks, these are fast connections and they really are. However, these aren't "quick couplers", they shouldn't be anyway, right? You don't want to lose coolant along the way ;) I'll make a YouTube video later with photos of all the (excruciating) work. I wanted to learn on my own so I could have fun and I didn't want to pay $133 for this job here in Mexico. If you need a tool, see if something like this works for your fast connection: http://www. amazon.com/Great-Neck-OEM-27106-Disconnect/dp/B004FEHZB4/ref=pd_sim_auto_10?ie=UTF8&refRID=14Y5MR0YCZCDVBP2NQP0 Anyway, I hope this helps.
