I would give 4 stars for how comfortable and beautiful the chair is as I bought it for my son for Christmas and it has only been 4 months and there is already a big hole in the seat. Chair where it shines and I am very disappointed and would like a new one or a refund. I called all day yesterday, was put on hold and then got a message saying I'd call back at a different time. I called about 10 times to get the most annoying voice on the answering machine. I also wrote emails with no response. The XRocker company has a very bad service, if they want it back they have to send the box to our home and we will disassemble, pack and send the chair back. So today I'm going to try calling for the last time and then I'll have to take it as a lesson and deal with a reputable company. Cool chair but very bad management and support.
