I am 5ft 6 inches tall and weigh about 200 pounds. I wear 1 1/2" heels and the dress is still about 2" too long, but nothing special. It lies gracefully on the floor somehow, you just need to hold on to the edges of the dress when walking. I usually wear size 14/16 dresses, but I have a very large one. It fits perfectly! I love that the lace is very stretchy so it fits all types of arms, shoulders and bust sizes. My chest measurement is 40 DD. I have very broad shoulders and big arms and that suits me perfectly. The bodysuit also stretches a bit, but not as much as lace, so order as close to the size as possible. Mine actually had a silk belt sewn on like in the picture, so they must have scaled the negative to size. as much as possible. If you have an apple shaped like me (no buttocks or abs with a bobble hoop) it shows a bit from behind but nothing too bad to worry about. It's very flattering.
