Review on 🍾 Westmark Satin Bell Corkscrew - 5.8 x 1.5 x 2.7 inches - Silver Finish by Paul Curington

This is a new and smart design that works well with all types of corks except very old wines as corks tend to crumble. I bought several of these as Christmas gifts and everyone loved them. However, one of them broke. The screw simply popped, apparently due to the emptiness in the metal box from which it was made. This was over 30 days after I placed my order. I couldn't contact the manufacturer and I couldn't contact the seller - all supposed contacts lead to the same dead end. I called Revain who said the part was not guaranteed by either the manufacturer or the seller and they could not connect me to either! This is pure bullshit. This is not a cheap product and of course the manufacturer will support the product. Revain's solution was a small loan that didn't cover replacement costs. So I'm wondering if the goods I received was 'seconds' or if it was just a strange incident. But I won't buy them here again.
