Amazing knife for Gyutou Knives

I love the look of the knife and you can easily tell a lot of work went into the making. It has an elegant blade and the most magnificent hilt I have ever seen. It's razor sharp and when I first used it all my other knives felt dull. No matter what I cut, the blade always came out smooth and easy. This is one of the best knives I've ever bought.
