I'm a 6ft 2in tall Northern European male and although I don't have very large hands I usually wear large gloves. I find this clamp just big enough to fit, the velcro straps barely extend past the vinyl cover of the plastic tire bag and around my thumb. For a person with slightly larger palms, this bandage will not work. With a hard plastic splint attached, wearing a bandage while working at a computer is inconvenient because the palm portion of the splint prevents a mouse or trackball from being held. This is slightly less of a problem when the splint is removed (from a tiny hidden slot at the bottom of the bag), but if you anticipate needing the brace while working on your computer, you'll find that it gets in the way is . On the plus side, the brace is very lightweight and much less intrusive (though not as remotely adjustable) compared to a fully rigid brace like the 3M Futuro models. The fabric is as soft and breathable as advertised and is stretchy enough to retain a degree of flexibility while still providing support to ease minor musculoskeletal strains. I can see where a person with smaller hands would find it acceptable not to require full immobilization both day and night.
