This device produces a good amount of mist and lasts a long time. I bought it on Cyber Monday at a reduced price otherwise I could have gone for a lower quality humidifier. The default settings did not match the description in the manual, and the manual did not reflect actual operation; However, I was able to hibernate it overnight with no problems. The problem appeared in the morning when the power switch did NOT turn off the power. For the first few days I had to unplug the device to turn it off; However, this morning I found out through experimentation that if I press the sleep button to turn off sleep mode, I can turn off the device with the power button! Strange, but the functionality of the device is excellent and I bought it at a great price.
