They are really created for the owner of every kitchen.

Wow! My husband keeps our knives sharp but they take their sharpness to the next level. I bought four Wüsthof knives for his birthday, but I always use them. They really are made for the master kitchen. This is the first Santoku we've used. In fact, we are now seeing their use in cooking shows. They feel good, sharpen and wash well. I never leave them in the sink; I treat them with the respect they deserve. There's a good reason for their price; the best there is. I may have to start counting knives before our guests leave!
