Review on Scuba Choice Diving Stainless Weight by Justin Torres

So to be honest I'm not a diver. The only reason I bought this was because I'm new to sous vide and the Sous Vide Everything YouTube channel recommended it as "weighted" to keep the meat from floating in the tub. NOT RIGHT. It's very easy. It's pretty obvious that the only weight for it came from the process of its manufacture, nothing more. It's a good quality metal and I'm pretty sure it will actually get the job done for people who buy it for its intended purpose, but on the pretext that I bought it for? Absolutely not. As I bought it for purposes unrelated to its original purpose it gets 4 stars in my book, it's solid build quality.
