After only two months of use, I removed the filter for cleaning and found that the frame of the unit was rusting. I contacted customer service and after a few emails back and forth they said it was moisture. Good. I know rust is caused by moisture, but why build a frame out of something meant to fight moisture, raw steel. They ended up sending me (straight from China) some pieces of unpainted steel so I could disassemble and reassemble the unit with broken parts. That thing cost $800. Paint the parts, or better yet, use aluminum or some rust-resistant material if you know water will be present. Don't buy this.
