I usually get a terrible headache when I drink wine, red or white. So I decided to try this product. I enjoy a glass of wine and hate just stopping drinking, so I decided to do a little research and found something that would help me solve my problem. I found it and decided to try it! I've been using it religiously since I got it and have only had a headache once out of probably 8 times that I've had wine in the last few months. It seems to work! I've only used the spray that I spray two puffs into a glass of wine with. It doesn't change the taste at all. It's very small and portable, you can take it in your handbag to dinner.
