Good for the price.
I was very happy to find these good value ballasts. However, their design has a crucial flaw. It's almost impossible to hook up a power connector to it unless you have enough slack in the factory wiring harness as the connector is hardwired to the ballast itself and not connected by a cable. I could not have used them without the extension cords that came with the previous kit. Also, they appear to be very cheap and don't appear to be waterproof at all. However, they have held up for several months now. The time will show.
