I really liked this underlay. I have used a different, more expensive one. So I would say that the old eyeliner and the new one from Eveline have a difference only in price. I recently walked at a wedding, I was very worried that after applying the eyeliner in the morning, by the evening it would not look very presentable. Worried for nothing! It lasted well all day, after which I easily washed it off with micellar water. I advise.
