Review on ๐Ÿ”ช Professional Electric Knife & Tool Sharpener Mk.2 - 120V Precision Sharpening Solution by Jarrett Love

Revainrating 5 out of 5

BEST sharpening system

I've done quite a bit of research on knife sharpening. From WE, Tormek, Lansky-Style and belt sanders, I initially decided on a cheap 1x30 port belt sander with an angled attachment. It sucks. I spent about $100 on all of this and now I'm afraid to throw it away. I just tried the workshop and fell in love. Worksharp outperforms all others in terms of cost, effort and speed. Worksharp outperforms Tormek in cost, setup/cleanup, and speed. Worksharp outperforms Lansky/Rod systems in terms of work and speed. and I'm really excited but I haven't tried the scissor sharpening feature yet. Maybe in the future I'll buy a sledgehammer too, if that thing can do it at least half as well as my kitchen knives. i will marry him Literally buy a ring, get on one knee and propose. In short, sharpening creates a smooth and sharp edge in less than 60 seconds, including the time it takes to change belts. You only need 2 strokes on each side on medium tape and about 5 on each side on thin tape to get a working edge. The edge is so sharp I feel like I'm slicing through a plastic cutting board and have to break free. Today, cooking in the kitchen was probably twice as fast and half as hard: slicing up everything from chicken thighs to lemongrass. I don't need a mirror bevel. I don't need a 100,000 grit diamond blade, I need a sharp knife in the kitchen almost every day, and I want a simple, effective, and inexpensive way to clean without the fuss and drama. It's a workshop. I'm in love. I will leave bad reviews for other sharpeners and YouTube videos and good reviews for the shop. Now I'm an absolute fan of WS.
