I think the size and ergonomics of the chair are good, I'm 5ft 10in, about 175lbs, average height for an adult. Adjustments are easy to make and assembly was a breeze. The seat is covered in vinyl and barely lets me breathe, I'd rather have a breathable fabric. I'll use a small towel for now and maybe restore the seat with a cloth when I have time. The other element is the lift mechanism, which is only a few months old and is still stuck. I get up, the seat of the chair rises immediately, and after about a second it booms and rises quickly. Makes a noise when it rises so quickly. If the seat was fabric covered and breathable I would give it five stars. The description says it's vinyl so be careful buyers, it's my fault for rushing the description without thinking and ordering.
