Review on TetraFauna Terrarium Filtration ReptoFilter for 50 Gallon Tanks, 125 GPH, Keeps Water Crystal Clear - Model: 26038 by Kathy King

I bought this filter for my red eared aquarium. It was good at first, but over time the suction cups barely held and my turtle kept knocking them over. The filter works well, but I have a 40 gallon tank and felt like changing the filter cartridges more often than my previous filter. I would not recommend anyone with a 50 gallon aquarium to buy one without some other type of filtration in their tank. I love Tetra but their products can sometimes be made out of cheap plastic and at the time my turtle was a little smaller than my hand and ended up banging it so hard it broke it. If they had better suction and maybe a little less bulky this product would be great.
