thick, durable and easy to clean

This is a great set of chopping boards with notched edges for catching juice or liquid from meat. I bought a multi-colored pack so I could use green for small veggies, orange for bloody meat, and blue for general purpose. This helps prevent cross-contamination and reduces wear and tear from constant cutting. These cutting boards have grooves to catch liquid from steaks and other items that drip while cutting. All three boards are stacked on top of each other in the cupboard and placed in the bottom tray of my dishwasher.
