Need your own screws (#6 or #8)! Tear open the clasp to access the base. The non-latch portion of the latch is hinged.
5 stars for quality. 2 stars for convenience (screws not included! Make sure you buy your own or get them yourself. I think #8 wood screws are recommended, but #6 will work too) 2 stars for lack of instructions/confusion ( does not contain instructions which can be confusing for people like me who don't use things like this often, to install the latch/access the base you have to break it into a loop, it may look like it will break , but it's just a catch Very durable just needs a lot of clarification but hopefully by reading this review you'll be able to avoid a lot of the heartache I've had to go through.
