Need visibility when walking dogs on back roads, this works in conjunction with some LED products on it as well as my moving parts (would be cumbersome with that). I'm 5'2", I'm quite busty with some full curves and it JUST fits my heavier jacket and figure which I measured prior to purchase. Read the reviews where the XL is shown as quite large, and although it may have been longer it was probably the best choice as I was able to easily fold over the excess with a rubber band - it officially fits though.The clip is ideal as an extra hand and can easily be replaced with a heavier carbine if required.
