Review on Disney 56270 1B Rhinestone Accented Black Enamel Sparkle by Donna Tran

I love this watch, it is exactly as pictured. I have a small wrist but it's not too big like some reviews say but I prefer a bigger watch. The problem was that it is NOT a button closure as described. Instead, you have to flick the clasp with your fingernail to open it, and it was too tight: it wouldn't open. I took it to 1st Jewelry who couldn't figure out how to open it (that was before the manufacturer emailed me saying it wasn't a button). The manufacturer offered to send me another one and was quick to respond to my request, so I still give 5 stars for good customer service. The 2nd jeweler opened it up and bent the tiny metal tab that locks the watch so it doesn't stick. An easy fix once we've stopped looking for the button! He removed about 4 links and only took $10 so it's still a good deal for this watch. If you love Mickey you will love this watch!
