Review on 🔪 The Legendary Arctic Ulu Knife, Perfect for Alaska by Mark Callaham

A must in every kitchen. We use it to cut salads. It makes housework a pleasure, and chopped lettuce tastes better than torn lettuce (etc.). With Oulu you can make a large batch of chopped lettuce in just a few minutes. We have been keeping them for over a decade and passing them on to our adult children whose enthusiasm is similar to ours. There's nothing quite like the Ulu, although some stores sell versions with two handles and/or two blades. We usually prefer the smaller size with a blade. There are other brands of ulu knives and some are cheaper than this one. Better quality comes with a higher price.
