Purchased on 11/17. The top of the banana cork is divided in half. They no longer end at speaker terminals. I called and asked about the guarantee and was told 30 days. I was then told it was a wear and tear issue. Your repair costs $15. Worn speaker wire? Even the monster's banana cable plugs didn't break after two years. The least they could do is offer another banana plug and I would fix it myself. They are not made to last. No help from support. Go to the store in town and buy yourself something nice.
