Texas doesn't need it, but Colorado can!
Haven't had a chance to wear this yet, but we have a trip planned to Colorado where it might come in handy. Sizing is a little smaller than I would like (wish I could wear sweaters underneath) but still fits. After lying in the package for so long, it is very wrinkled, and hanging it up does not solve the problem. Be sure to steam out the wrinkles.
