Review on 🔪 Wusthof Classic IKON Hollow Edge Santoku Knife - 5-Inch, Black Stainless Steel by Karen Peterson
I've been looking at this knife for a long time and now I can't believe I waited so long.
I have several kitchen knives and prefer the Santoku design to a regular chef's knife. Since I've never owned a Wüsthof, the price didn't really matter to me. I knew it was a reputable manufacturer, but I'm picky about how knives feel in my hand. This knife is heavier and you can feel it. I like the concave edge as the food slides right off the blade. Remember that any knife loses its sharpness over time, so you'll need to give the sharpener a few hits before you cut just to set it straight. I can't believe I waited so long to finally put this knife in my pocket.
