There are other reviews questioning the reliability of the electrical connections on this power head. I'm keeping my fingers crossed because this works amazingly for me. I love the light, I love the manual height adjustment, and I love the low profile. It just fits under my bed. I'll definitely update my review if things get bad, but so far I'm very happy with my purchase. I also have a [pneumatically actuated] turbo head that has a much smaller diameter pulley. The turbo nozzle often wraps my wife's long blonde hair around the rollers which I then have to clean, but after 2 months of using this nozzle the hair does not curl around the rollers. A pleasant surprise. Update from 03/29/18: After 6 months of ownership, my carpet height adjuster stopped adjusting. I emailed Miele and was directed the next morning to use the web locator provided to find a local service center. Turns out one was within 2 miles. The store said they don't have this problem. Within 24 hours they called with a repaired unit under warranty. They said that actually nothing is broken, but something is wrong. That was a little disappointing, hopefully it was a one off issue. Otherwise, I still like this electric toothbrush very much. Update 3/27/18: I've just sent an email to Miele. My height adjuster stopped working just 7 months after purchasing the device. Let's see how they react.
