What great knives! This is my first set of ceramic knives, no complaints so far. They are very spicy and cut through tomatoes and limes like butter. I also like that they come with their own protective sleeves so I can keep them with all my other stainless steel knives. Some people may find ceramic knives difficult to maintain, but they are so sharp that I wouldn't mind giving these knives a little extra love and care (i.e. don't use directly on granite countertops, don't leave in the wash, don't leave in the dishwasher wash etc) I love these knives so much I bought my mom a second set to try! The knives also arrived very quickly after ordering and were packaged very well. I would definitely recommend this product/seller.
