Good soldering iron, not perfect

In principle a good soldering iron. Heats up quickly and the temperature is adjustable. There are just a few things I don't like: 1. The power cord is too big and stiff. The power cord gets tangled when you try to put the iron down and it won't stay where you put it.2. The solder does not stick to the tip. As a result, the tip cannot be tinned and you will not get good thermal contact with your workpiece. The result is a lot of drops of solder.3. Auto power off is a good safety feature, but the delay before powering off is too short and cannot be adjusted. Unless you're batch soldering, it should return to operating temperature every time you pick it up. There must be a way to increase the delay time or eliminate it altogether.4. The included stand is useless. Maybe it was included as a joke? Love the tips that come with it and the high quality solder sample.
