Not for flat eyes
I was dying to use it - I always have mascara on my eye shadow! However, it was a complete letdown, at least in my eyes. The blue tool had an ant in the plastic so I threw it away. Unfortunately, the comb teeth for removing clumps of mascara from your lashes were too thick to fit between my lashes. only reach to the tips of the eyelashes. Such a shame!
