I often see a lot of bad reviews about Xlippers that are refurbished. That's true, but here's what I noticed: I bought a hair clipper from a seller called THE PLUG. I received a hair clipper with a loose adjustment knob and hair on it. I contacted Amazon, received a refund and a return ticket. I bought the same clipper from another seller and it even came brand new with a bottle that didn't come with the first clipper. The adjustment knob is tight as it should be. So the bottom line is that these aren't rattles, they're smugglers. Beware . Amozon takes fantastic care of me and refunded my money immediately without waiting for my return.
