I've been changing the oil in my cars and trucks for over 40 years. Buying this drain pan made a world of difference for the dirtiest part of the job, getting the drained oil out from under the car. This is a beautiful, rigid frying pan with molded handles that make it easy to grip and control the frying pan. It has enough freeboard (my truck uses a little less than 8) to keep used oil from sloshing over the top when I slide the pan over the plate. It's easy to pour into storage containers and no hopper is required, reducing the need to wipe up after an item is done. I hang it on the fence and the pot shape collects any leftover drips so I don't have to clean up the mess. This is a very useful tool. I wish I had bought it years ago.
