Easy to install with good instructions and all the parts needed. I'm still experimenting with the preload adjustment, but the lowest position is too soft and the second shaft might be too hard for soloing. Two up is great to use these settings. I weigh 200 pounds and my passenger weighs 135 pounds. I think they will be great after smashing them up a bit.
