I bought the scratched and dented version because I'm "cheap" but really because I wanted it for a SPECIAL project (see Photo ) I designed it and wanted it in brown anyway. The scratch and dent is REALLY scratched up so expect to spend $7 on spray paint but it's worth it. Buy HAMMER FINISH LOOK effect paint spray in the color you want. Covers scratches with ease. I used a drill and some screws to hold the pieces together and then used a metal cutting wheel to cut the piece to size. Glass with rounded edges. I used soft transparent spacers on the metal between the panes. The shelves don't move at all.
