I can't believe something can be so good and so bad at the same time. I can only praise the tracker itself. It's way cheaper than my old FitBit Charge 2, but the strap is a real joke. I think designers go to the bar at night and laugh at how bad it is. This group may be suitable for those who sit at the table all day and do not wear clothes with pockets. That being said, if it rubs or gets stuck on something, you will find that it will definitely come loose or come off completely. I've lost it before and had to use a Bluetooth signal strength meter to find it. It comes a few times a day when I'm even a little bit active, which is sort of the point of a tracker. Anyway, I bought the buckle strap and it arrived today so hopefully I can now enjoy my tracker to the fullest. Do yourself a favor and order a buckle strap at the same time and you can thank me later. Plus, it's a fantastic device at an even more incredible price.
